When your day is off and something negative happens to impact your mood in a bad way, try to adjust your focus to at least one good aspect of your life. It could be choosing gratitude over complaints. Your day may not be going as planned, however you have life. There are so many people who are dying daily. Keeping a positive attitude is not about looking at someone else and seeing how much better off you are then they are, but it is realizing that each person you encounter has something positive to attribute whether big or small. Daily we are surrounded by positivity but some times we choose not to notice because we are stuck on all that is going wrong. Attitude is within and should not be altered by negative outer influence. Let us keep our minds on the good because more often than not, the good always outweighs the bad.
