Rest your mind

Are you stressed? I know there is so much to worry about with work, school, your family, bills, illness and other things. Today I just want to encourage you to take time each day to rest your mind. Rest. Think on good things. Rehearse positive statements to yourself. Take a moment and realize you can not add another moment to your life by worrying. If anything, you are taking away from the joy of the present. Please take a break. Rest and take it easy.
