What do you do when you have hit a wall? Many of us have been there. Whatever is causing you stress and seemingly getting in the way needs to be removed. Barriers, we’ve all had some. Barriers are small obstacles that seem to be very big. They come often times when we feel unprepared for them. Being prepared is not the key to defeating barriers. Confidence is. When we face a barrier, everything in our view seems to be too big for us to tackle. We are fighting a battle that seems too hard to win. But a barrier is a perception, it is not a realty. The realty is what we create for ourselves. So I ask you, what kind of realty are you creating ? Is it a reality shaped by temporary circumstances or is it a reality shaped by the many victories you have won?
