Permission to Feel: It’s okay

You are not weak because you have feelings.

You are not wrong for taking a break.

You don’t have to apologize for not meeting someone’s expectations.

You don’t have to say yes when you want to say no.

You don’t need permission to feel.

You don’t need approval to be real.

You owe yourself the healing you need.

So give yourself permission to just be.

Whatever you need to be in this moment.
